How do I book a cleanup appointment?

You can book online or email us at yourpupco.com to book an appointment! 

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, please contact us and we can get you signed up for weekly cleanup appointments and you will save $5 on each cleanup!

Can I pay online?

Yes. Cleanup fee must be paid in full before your cleanup appointment. You may pay when booking or in cash at the time of appointment before cleanup is performed. If paying in cash, please contact us at yourpupco@gmail.com to make your appointment. 

Do you give any discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount to all Veterans and seniors!

Do you disinfect your equipment between yards?

Yes.  Our techs are required to disinfect their boots and all equipment used for cleanups in between appointments.

Do I have to be at home for my cleanup appointment?

No. Our tech will text you prior to arrival and again once the cleanup is completed. Please do make sure your dog is not inside the yard during cleanup, for safety reasons.

Do I need to do anything prior to my appointment?

Yes. Make sure your gate is unlocked and for safety reasons, please make sure your dog is not in the yard during your cleanup. Our tech will text you before arriving to give you time to do this. Also, please make sure your grass is no more than a few inches long. Other than that you can just sit back and let us do the dirty work!
